Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Dispatcher - Remote/2nd Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care
• Manage incoming consultations through established workflows and prioritize assignments
• Maintain professional relationships and ensure efficient operations within the Consult Coordination Center

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
