Clinical Dispatcher

Job Summary

Seeking a Clinical Dispatcher for a full-time remote position, who will manage multi-channel coordination and assignment of emergency and routine consultations while effectively communicating with hospital staff and physicians to ensure timely patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming consultations through established workflows, prioritizing and assigning requests across multiple service lines
• Communicate effectively with clinical staff and physicians to facilitate efficient patient care and monitor consultation queues to meet service level agreements
• Exhibit professionalism in interactions with healthcare facilities and maintain collaborative relationships across departments

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification required
• At least one year of experience in a call center, healthcare, or IT environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication/collaboration tools across various operating systems
• Strong customer service skills with a high attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and excel in a fast-paced remote work environment
