Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Clinical Document Integrity Specialist will ensure the accuracy and completeness of clinical documentation while collaborating with healthcare providers to improve patient care and coding processes.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyze clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify documentation and improve overall quality
- Provide education and training on documentation best practices to healthcare providers
Required qualifications
- Certification in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) or equivalent experience
