Job Summary

Offering a fully remote, PRN opportunity, the Clinical Document Specialist will focus on risk management and clinical effectiveness by reviewing and ensuring the accuracy of clinical documentation.

Key responsibilities:

• Review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve documentation practices
• Assist in the development of educational materials related to clinical documentation

Required qualifications:

• Relevant experience in clinical documentation or healthcare quality management
• Knowledge of coding guidelines and healthcare regulations
• Certification in Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) preferred
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and clinical processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
