Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Auditor (Remote based in USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Perform audits on Clinical Documentation Improvement System (CDIS) reviews of inpatient encounters
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation specificity by clarifying provider documentation
• Analyze the CDI process critically and apply ICD-10-CM/PCS coding proficiently

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM/PCS coding
• Broad and complex clinical knowledge base
• Experience in auditing clinical documentation
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
