Job Summary
Clinical Documentation Integrity Analyst is a full-time position responsible for reviewing patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in clinical documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Review medical records to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve documentation and support initiatives for new or underperforming sites
- Track and report on CDI activities and communicate findings to leadership and coding partners
Required Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing, health information management/technology, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical documentation integrity, coding, or related clinical roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification preferred
- Strong analytic skills to interpret clinical documentation and coding guidelines
