Clinical Documentation Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

Clinical Documentation Integrity Analyst is a full-time position responsible for reviewing patient medical records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance in clinical documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review medical records to ensure documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with standards
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve documentation and support initiatives for new or underperforming sites
• Track and report on CDI activities and communicate findings to leadership and coding partners

Required Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing, health information management/technology, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in clinical documentation integrity, coding, or related clinical roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and familiarity with electronic health record systems
• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or similar certification preferred
• Strong analytic skills to interpret clinical documentation and coding guidelines
