Clinical Documentation Integrity Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Lead - Service Line (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize relationships between CDI and assigned service lines, collaborating with physician leadership
• Drive workflow efficiency by monitoring and escalating queries, and conducting targeted audits and analysis
• Coordinate the development of educational content and lead multidisciplinary CDI projects to achieve strategic goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Medicine, Health Information Management, or a related field
• At least two active certifications such as COC, CPC, CCS, or similar
• Five years of relevant inpatient clinical experience, with a focus on CDI or provider education
• Experience in public speaking and educational content creation is preferred
• Knowledge of coding guidelines, compliance regulations, and statistical analysis practices
