Clinical Documentation Integrity Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with the CDI Director, the full-time Clinical Documentation Integrity Manager will oversee client implementations, ensure best practice metrics, and develop educational materials while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily CDI program oversight including productivity, quality, education, and training
• Develop and update CDI policies and procedures while ensuring efficient use of CDI technology
• Monitor key performance indicators and assist with month-end client reporting and analysis

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least one of the following: RN, MD, or MD equivalent
• 7+ years of acute care hospital CDI experience
• 3+ years of prior management experience
• Strong clinical understanding of disease processes and familiarity with encoder and DRG assignment
