Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations for Clinical Documentation Integrity Specialists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily CDI assignments and staffing adjustments to ensure adequate coverage and monitor productivity and compliance
  • Collaborate with facility CDI teams to meet contractual obligations and achieve best-practice metrics
  • Assist in the development and updating of CDI policies and procedures and ensure effective use of CDI technology
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • University Degree in Nursing or MD/MBBS
  • At least one of the following: RHIA, RHIT, CCS, MD or MD Equivalent, RN
  • At least one of the following credentials: CCDS, CCS, CDIP
  • Minimum of 5 years acute care hospital CDI experience
  • At least 2 years prior management experience
