Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Clinical Documentation Audits to oversee clinical documentation audits and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and manage clinical chart audits for documentation completeness and compliance
• Provide training and support on documentation standards and compliance protocols
• Supervise and mentor a team of clinical chart auditors while leading documentation improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in behavioral health or substance use disorder settings
• Clinical licensure in state of residence; multi-state licensure preferred
• Preferred credentials include CHC, RHIT, RHIA, or related certifications
