Clinical Documentation Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Clinical Documentation Analysts, the full-time remote Manager of Clinical Documentation Analysts will oversee the design and deployment of automated dashboards, mentor staff in technical and clinical skills, and partner with clinical leaders to present data findings that impact quality profiles.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deploy automated, self-service dashboards tailored for various audiences
• Hire, train, and mentor a team of business system analysts in technical and clinical knowledge
• Track and analyze core Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Required qualifications

• High School diploma with 3 years of cumulative experience or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience, or 7 years of applicable experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• Project Management Professional certification preferred
• Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience required
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
