Clinical Documentation Specialist
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Clinical Documentation Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive chart reviews and analyze clinical documentation efforts
- Partner with the Population Health Director to identify opportunities for improving patient quality outcomes and cost of care
- Prepare and lead monthly Rejected Suspect Reviews and monitor chronic condition prevalence
Required Qualifications
- Experience with technical systems such as Greenway, Canopy, and Excel
- Proven ability to build relationships with healthcare providers
- Experience in accurate and specific documentation
- Self-starter with a high degree of initiative and follow-through
- U.S. work authorization
