Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business & Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

Improve the quality and completeness of clinical documentation in the medical record
Facilitate documentation through interaction with physicians and coding staff to ensure appropriate reimbursement
Educate physicians on clinical documentation needs and coding opportunities

Required Qualifications and Education

License to practice as a Registered Nurse preferred or credentialed as RHIA, RHIT, or CCS
1-year Acute Care (inpatient) Concurrent Clinical Documentation Specialist experience
CCDS or CDIP credential required
