Clinical Education Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the expansion of clinical education programs, the remote Clinical Education - Preceptor Sourcing Coordinator will build and develop partnerships with healthcare providers, manage a recruitment pipeline, and ensure successful onboarding of clinical training sites.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and recruit physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and clinical training sites through strategic outreach
• Manage a high-volume recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding, consistently meeting performance expectations
• Educate prospective partners on the value of collaborating with AMO and guide them through the onboarding process

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or a related field
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes and healthcare documentation
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment pipelines, with HubSpot experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment
