Clinical Education Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing CAPC's virtual events and online clinical education projects, the full-time Clinical Education Project Manager will oversee the development and execution of educational tools, coordinate with faculty, and ensure compliance with continuing education requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Project management of virtual events, including scheduling, faculty coordination, and post-event evaluations
• Collaboration with the clinical education team to develop and manage online courses and learning pathways
• Coordination of the CAPC Clinical Education Certificate Program and maintenance of CE/CME compliance and reporting

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater preferred, or a combination of applicable work experience and education
• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 5+ years with a Bachelor's degree, with project management experience preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills, particularly advanced Excel capabilities
• Experience with customer relations management (CRM) reporting tools
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
