Clinical Education Recruiter

Job Summary

To support the expansion of a national clinical network, the remote Clinical Education - Preceptor Network Recruiter will identify, engage, and develop partnerships with healthcare professionals and organizations, managing a high-volume recruitment pipeline while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding of clinical training sites.

Key responsibilities

• Build and expand the clinical network through strategic outreach to physicians, PAs, NPs, and clinical training sites
• Own the recruitment pipeline from prospecting to onboarding readiness, meeting monthly and quarterly performance expectations
• Leverage technology to manage outreach efforts, maintain documentation, and drive recruitment strategy based on data

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of experience in clinical education, healthcare recruitment, or a related healthcare field
• Demonstrated success in meeting KPIs or performance metrics in a goal-oriented environment
• Strong understanding of provider credentialing processes and healthcare documentation
• Experience managing CRM-based recruitment pipelines, preferably with HubSpot
