Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Education Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and confirm student placements for the Accelerated BSN program and maintain site relationships
• Collaborate with clinical education teams to optimize student placement matching and ensure compliance with facility requirements
• Monitor and communicate clinical placement agreements and provide support to students regarding placement details

Required Qualifications

• College degree or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Understanding of clinical placements in healthcare education
• Experience with regulatory and/or accreditation policies preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse multi-cultural environment
• Familiarity with nursing student placement processes and clinical education requirements preferred
