Clinical Education Specialist

Job Summary

To support the mission of transforming healthcare education, the full-time Clinical Education Specialist will coordinate student placements, manage communications with clinical sites and university partners, and maintain data in CRM systems, with options for remote work available.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with university partners to discover and maintain clinical site information and manage student placements
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical and university partner personnel through effective communication
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA & FERPA standards while managing clinical placement agreements and related documentation

Required qualifications

• College degree or 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare education or a related field
• Demonstrated organizational and data management skills across technology, healthcare, or education sectors
• Understanding of clinical placements in healthcare education, preferably in nursing
• Experience with regulatory and/or accreditation policies is preferred
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multi-cultural environment
