Clinical Education Specialist
Job Summary
To enhance hands-on clinical education programs, the full-time Clinical Education Program Specialist will support implementation, coordination, and evaluation of educational initiatives while working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure learner success and program effectiveness.
Key responsibilities
- Assess learner progress and recommend educational interventions based on performance data
- Plan and coordinate logistics for hands-on learning programs, including scheduling and participant engagement
- Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, managing communications and resolving program-related issues
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a clinical dental setting, such as dental hygiene or dental assisting
- Experience in coordinating programs, training initiatives, or stakeholder-driven activities
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and tracking program participation
- Experience in communicating with multiple stakeholders to support program execution
- Dental, healthcare, education, or related industry experience
