Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Application eLearning Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop virtual training materials and engaging learning resources
• Coordinate with instructional designers and troubleshoot eLearning software issues
• Establish metrics for training effectiveness and assess training needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1 - 4+ years of experience in an eLearning capacity
• Experience in training within an Epic enterprise implementation environment preferred
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and healthcare organizations
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
