Clinical Engineering Site Manager

Job Summary

Leading clinical engineering initiatives, the part-time Clinical Engineering Site Manager will manage day-to-day operations, develop associates, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining positive relationships with customers.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and manage service contracts, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with the Medical Equipment Management Plan
• Coach and mentor technicians, set performance goals, and foster a collaborative environment to enhance employee engagement
• Develop and implement continuous improvement strategies and manage Joint Commission inspections to maintain service quality

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered
• Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical engineering or a related environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Technical certification such as A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, or CCE preferred
• Proven ability to perform financial analysis and manage budgets effectively
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and ability to build relationships across diverse customer bases
