Job Summary

To support a clinical engineering operation, the full-time Clinical Engineering Site Manager will oversee multi-site operations, manage budgets, and drive performance while collaborating with hospital executives and leading a team focused on patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee multi-site operations, budgets, and performance with clear accountability
• Set expectations, coach leaders, and build a team that delivers high standards of execution
• Translate metrics into actionable improvements for uptime, compliance, and service quality

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of management experience in a clinical engineering environment or proven leadership experience with business acumen
• Bachelor's degree in electronics, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience leading teams and driving operational performance
• Financial management skills, including budgets, revenue, and costs
• Technical certifications (A+, CBET, CRES, CLES, CCE) preferred
