Job Summary
To provide expertise in real-world data and analysis methods within Clinical Sciences, the part-time Clinical Epidemiology Data Specialist will independently manage data analysis, develop statistical analysis plans, and communicate findings to epidemiologists and cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute data/statistical analysis plans, delivering results to epidemiologists and cross-functional members
- Conduct comprehensive literature reviews for real-world data methodologies and coding algorithms
- Contribute to the design of observational studies and provide epidemiology data for regulatory documents
Required qualifications
- MPH or MS degree in Epidemiology, Health Services Research, Pharmacy Administration, or related field; Ph.D. preferred
- 4-5 years of epidemiology and/or public health experience with a Master's degree or 1-2 years with a Ph.D
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, R, or related statistical software for data analysis and visualization
- Familiarity with real-world data concepts and structures, with extensive experience in manipulating and analyzing these databases
- Knowledge and experience in different therapeutic areas
