Clinical Exercise Physiologist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Initial Evaluation Clinical Exercise Physiologist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial point of contact for patients entering the virtual cardiac rehab program
• Conduct health histories, evaluate patient records, and recommend appropriate care paths
• Collaborate with the care team and technology team to ensure a seamless patient experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent (Master's preferred)
• ACSM certification (preferred)
• Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience in Cardiac and/or Pulmonary Rehab
• Strong anatomy and physiology knowledge
• Experience with virtual care settings and proficiency in technology
