Clinical Experience Analyst

Job Summary

Delivering clinical expertise and operational support, the full-time Associate Clinical Experience Analyst will manage medical inquiries, facilitate training development, and collaborate with cross-functional teams while working remotely or onsite in Marshfield, WI.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a clinical liaison for internal and external customers, addressing elevated inquiries
• Facilitate the elevation and documentation process for Unsolicited Medical Inquiries across the product portfolio
• Monitor metrics for clinical inquiries and recommend corrective actions based on identified trends

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field; or Associate's Degree with 2 years of relevant experience; or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience
• Ability to work on mobile devices and computers for approximately 90% of a typical working day
• Availability to work weekdays, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
