Clinical Experience Director (MD/DO)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Clinical Experience (MD/DO).

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Clinical Experience function, including hiring and mentoring a team of clinical experts
• Own clinical relationships with key health system partners and drive successful onboarding and adoption of the platform
• Establish key performance metrics and create structured feedback loops for product improvements

Required Qualifications

• MD or DO (or equivalent advanced clinical degree)
• 7-10+ years of relevant experience in healthcare, with exposure to health systems or provider organizations
• Experience in a customer-facing role such as customer success or clinical consulting
• Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in clinical documentation, ICD-10 coding, and revenue cycle operations
