Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Experience Manager who will enhance sales and customer success initiatives in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist hospitals in understanding AI-powered Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) to enhance documentation and revenue
• Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize documentation workflows and maximize CDI program effectiveness
• Develop and refine educational materials and guidelines for CDI specialists to ensure compliance and effective use of AI-driven recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Clinical expertise as an MD, RN, or other relevant clinical credential
• In-depth knowledge of ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements
• Experience engaging with clients, translating clinical concepts into business impacts
• Able to simplify complex CDI topics for diverse audiences
• Interest in the transformative role of AI in CDI and revenue cycle management
