Clinical Experience Manager
Job Summary
To enhance sales and customer success initiatives, the remote Clinical Experience Manager will demonstrate and explain Revenue Cycle Management technology solutions to healthcare clients, leveraging clinical expertise to ensure solutions meet their needs.
Key responsibilities
- Help hospitals and health systems understand the benefits of AI-powered Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) for documentation and revenue enhancement
- Collaborate with Customer Success to optimize documentation workflows and maximize client CDI programs
- Design and implement educational materials and guidelines for CDI specialists to ensure compliance and effective use of AI-driven recommendations
Required qualifications
- Clinical expertise with an MD, RN, or relevant clinical credential
- Deep familiarity with ICD-10, HCC coding, Medicare guidelines, and payer documentation requirements
- Proven ability to engage with clients, translating clinical concepts into business impact
- Ability to simplify complex CDI topics for diverse audiences
- Enthusiasm for the role of AI in transforming CDI and revenue cycle management
