Clinical Experience Medical Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Experience Medical Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with patient experience teams to address urgent clinical grievances and assess the quality of medical care delivered to patients
• Provide asynchronous clinical support to patients, including addressing critical results, sending medications, and performing clinical chart reviews
• Serve as a collaborating/supervising physician for advanced practice providers, hold clinical office hours, and communicate with team members and patients

Qualifications:

• Board certified in Internal or Family Medicine with a completed residency program
• Minimum of 1 year managing a team of providers and 4-5 years of primary care experience
• Minimum of 10 state licenses and willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Experience with hybrid primary care practice and telemedicine/remote clinical experience preferred
• Full availability for state collaborations and willingness to learn new skills
