Clinical Experience Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the full clinical product surface, the full-time remote Clinical Experience Product Manager will design a vision for an integrated clinical experience, manage the clinical systems roadmap, and establish product governance to enhance mental healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design a comprehensive vision for the clinical experience across the clinician journey
• Own and prioritize the clinical systems roadmap in collaboration with clinical and operations teams
• Evaluate AI and third-party tools to improve clinician efficiency and measure the impact of initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, particularly in healthcare or clinical tools
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, preferably NextGen, Epic, AdvancedMD, or Athena
• Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (HL7, FHIR, API-based)
• Proven ability to build product practice from scratch and deliver measurable improvements
• Direct clinical or clinical operations background preferred, with experience in behavioral health as a plus
