Clinical Finance Director

Job Summary

Serving as a dedicated financial partner, the full-time salaried Clinical Finance Director will focus on benchmarking financial and operational performance of care delivery assets, driving margin improvement, and providing strategic financial guidance in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Benchmark clinic financial performance against industry standards and establish comprehensive KPI frameworks
• Advise asset-level leaders on financial strategies, translating operational changes into financial impacts
• Lead margin improvement initiatives by identifying underperformance root causes and designing interventions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, including 3 years in a senior or director-level role within healthcare operations finance
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Hands-on experience with clinic-level P&L management and healthcare cost structures
• Expertise in clinical finance benchmarking tools and databases
• Strong executive communication skills to convey complex financial analyses to various stakeholders
