Clinical Form Specialist

Job Summary

To support the Clinical Enablement team, the full-time remote Clinical Form Specialist will manage the configuration of PDF forms, ensuring accurate field recognition and quality output while collaborating with clinicians and internal teams across various regions.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and triage form requests, configuring user-submitted and enterprise deal requirements
• Label and type fields on incoming forms, ensuring clarity and appropriate field types
• Provide insights to the forms and growth teams based on patterns and edge cases observed in the queue

Required qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat or similar form-building tools
• Experience or training in allied health, nursing, or medical administration
• Ability to manage time effectively and work autonomously with high accountability
• Clear and direct communication skills for interacting with users and internal teams
• Genuine excitement about the potential of AI in healthcare and Heidi's mission
