Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Forms Completion Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and complete assigned caseload of disability paperwork by gathering medical information
• Communicate with medical professionals to gather information regarding disability leave
• Ensure timely completion of disability forms and coordinate return to work transitions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Medical office experience required
• Licensed Practical Nurse, Certified Nursing Assistant, or Medical Assistant certification preferred
• EMR experience preferred
• Ability to self-manage and complete tasks in a timely manner
• Driven and detail-oriented with a customer-oriented disposition
