Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Clinical Genomic Science, Report Writing.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, task scheduling, and personnel resource allocation for the team
• Prepare and evaluate performance metrics, manage staff training, and recruitment
• Write and curate reports for complex genetic cases and assist team members as needed

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Genetic Counseling, PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience leading a team in a clinical setting
• Familiarity with American College of Medical Genetics (ACMG) variant curation guidelines
• Knowledge of genomic variation and its correlation with human disease
• Expertise in clinical medicine, genetics, genomics, or molecular biology
