Clinical Guidelines Specialist

Job Summary

To support the development of evidence-based clinical guidelines, the full-time remote Clinical Guidelines Specialist will implement guideline development processes, coordinate project deliverables among committees, and manage literature searches while collaborating with physician members and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Implement guideline development methodologies to ensure high-quality, consistent outputs
• Review content for alignment with program scope, standards, and methodological requirements
• Lead literature review, data extraction, and evidence synthesis, incorporating appropriate AI tools and practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, public health, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in developing clinical practice guidelines or conducting literature searches
• Experience in evidence-based medicine or healthcare research
• Familiarity with established guideline tools and standards (e.g., NAM Trustworthy Guidelines, PRISMA, AGREE, GRADE)
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple inputs, versions, and deadlines
