Clinical Healthcare Application Trainer

Job Summary

To support effective software adoption, the onsite Clinical Healthcare Application Trainer will design and deliver training programs for EHR/EMR systems, specifically focusing on Netsmart, while collaborating with clinical and administrative staff to enhance user proficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials tailored to various clinical and administrative roles
• Lead group training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching on the functionality and best practices of EHR/EMR software
• Serve as the primary resource for end-user support, troubleshooting, and maintaining training documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in training or supporting clinical healthcare applications, with specific experience in EHR/EMR systems (Netsmart preferred)
• In-depth knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare workflows in a clinical setting
• Experience in developing and delivering training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff
• Proficiency in creating training materials using various formats such as PowerPoint and instructional videos
