Job Summary
Supporting system design and maintenance, the full-time Associate Systems Analyst - Clinical Help Desk will assist in troubleshooting, user training, and project coordination, while working remotely to enhance operational efficiency and system functionality.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and resolving IT issues to maintain optimal system performance
- Collaborate effectively with team members and business partners to gather requirements and ensure alignment with project goals
- Provide end-user support and training to enhance system proficiency and user readiness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or two years of relevant experience
- Relevant certifications or proficiencies to be completed within 90 days of training
- Experience with clinical, imaging, or web application systems focused on efficiency and optimization
- Understanding of clinical data management and healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM)
- Knowledge of cloud-based healthcare applications and web services
