Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical & HEOR Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 8 HEOR specialists/researchers and pharmacists
Develop RWE and clinical outcome assessment strategies
Standardize RWE study practices and ensure scientific rigor

Required Qualifications:

5+ years as a hands-on patient care clinician
3+ years payer/health plan pharmacy leadership experience
Experience in payer-related pharmaceutical manufacturer contracting
Familiarity with health plan claims, lab, and EMR data
Understanding of pharmacy economics and research methodologies
