Clinical Hub Supervisor

Job Summary

Managing the Clinical Hub Staff, the full-time Clinical Hub Supervisor will oversee workflows and escalation needs for the billing department while working remotely Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm Central Time.

Key responsibilities

• Supervises Representatives and manages their performance according to departmental and company policy
• Coordinates team schedules and monitors processing volumes for prior authorizations to ensure timely service
• Partners with various business units to deliver quality customer service and handle escalated calls

Required qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Four or more years of experience in pharmacy or medical billing, with a focus on prior authorizations
