Clinical Imaging Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Imaging Director to coordinate and lead imaging strategies for innovative drug candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Expand the end-to-end imaging process to non-oncology therapeutic areas and integrate into clinical development procedures
• Standardize internal documentation and serve as a subject matter expert for vendor management
• Develop training materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate imaging biomarker strategies

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate degree (PhD, PharmD, or MD) with 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a Bachelor's degree with 10 years in biomedical or imaging-related fields
• Advanced degree with 7+ years of experience in clinical imaging research within a pharmaceutical company is preferred
• Proven leadership experience in managing clinical trials and understanding imaging data workflows
• Experience in utilizing molecular imaging as a quantitative biomarker in clinical trials
• Preferred experience in clinical MR imaging and imaging applications in obesity and rare diseases
