Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end delivery of high-quality clinical study builds, the full-time remote Clinical Implementation Specialist will act as a proactive consultant to clients, leveraging product expertise to optimize clinical trial processes and ensure maximum value from the Castor platform.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the consultation phase and manage the build configuration lifecycle, identifying and addressing technical bottlenecks early in the process
- Efficiently manage scope and timeline parameters, collaborating with project management to handle out-of-scope client requests
- Guide client stakeholders through user acceptance testing, serving as the primary subject matter expert for complex technical queries
Required qualifications
- Proven track record in the pharma, contract research organization (CRO), or eClinical software sector
- Deep understanding of clinical trial processes and standard clinical data management structures
- Direct experience with study operations, nursing, or clinical site administration
- Solid analytical skills in software configuration, with exposure to automated tools or AI-driven workflows
- Familiarity with clinical guidelines such as ICH-GCP and FDA 21 CFR Part 11
