Clinical Informaticist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Informaticist Mid.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess information and knowledge needs of healthcare professionals and patients using informatics concepts
• Support the development and implementation of Clinical Decision Support systems and lead Stakeholder Reporting for the VHA VHIE Program Office
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute to the transition to Oracle Health while documenting best practices and lessons learned

Required Qualifications

• 2 - 5 years of experience in Health Informatics
• Formal Clinical Informatics training at the master's level
• Strong application of computer skills, including 5 to 7 years of Microsoft Office experience
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Educational equivalent of a master's degree or relevant experience in Health Informatics, Medicine, Nursing, or an equivalent degree
