Clinical Informaticist

Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Clinical Informaticist will collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and clinicians to develop healthcare technology solutions, ensuring that applications enhance the daily work of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with clinicians and end users to gather feedback and validate workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to define product requirements and development priorities
• Translate clinical needs into product specifications, including workflows and user stories

Required Qualifications

• Clinical background with experience in Clinical Informatics or Healthcare Technology
• Hands-on experience with EHR systems, particularly Athena and Cerner
• Ability to create test patients, test cases, and test data within EHR systems
• Experience translating clinical workflows into product requirements
• Ability to create and break down Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) into user stories
