Clinical Informaticist

Job Summary

To support the product management team, the full-time Clinical Informaticist will ensure the accuracy and standardization of clinical data sourced from various EHR systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance Aledade's clinical data integration platform remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and resolve clinical data quality issues across a multi-vendor EHR ecosystem, providing structured findings and actionable recommendations
• Map clinical data elements to standardized code systems and validate their accuracy, supporting the development of terminology mapping capabilities
• Ensure clinical data completeness and accuracy for quality measure programs, collaborating cross-functionally to address data gaps impacting performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing, Medical/Health Informatics, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare data analysis, or health information management
• Strong skills in querying, analyzing, and validating clinical data, with experience in Databricks/Spark SQL being a plus
• Solid understanding of standard Health Information Technology (HIT) vocabularies and terminologies
• Hands-on experience with one or more ambulatory Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
