Clinical Informaticist
Job Summary
To support a large federal customer, the full-time remote Clinical Informaticist will apply expertise to assess and improve healthcare information systems, clinical workflows, and end-user processes, while collaborating with clinical and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess clinical information needs and identify opportunities for workflow and system usability improvements
- Analyze and refine clinical workflows impacted by the Federal EHR and support issue resolution
- Develop and implement clinical decision support tools and participate in EHR Go-Live and optimization activities
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical Informatics, Health Informatics, or a related discipline
- Minimum of five years of professional experience in clinical informatics or healthcare information technology
- Experience with EHR implementation and optimization
- Ability to assess clinical needs and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance and support potential travel
