Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time Clinical Informaticist - Oregon Licensed will serve as a strategic advisor and operational partner, focusing on the deployment and optimization of Epic systems while working remotely from Oregon, Washington, or Alaska.
Key responsibilities
- Advises senior leadership on digital health strategy and ensures technology decisions align with organizational priorities
- Leads system-wide workflow standardization initiatives and conducts enterprise-level gap analyses to identify opportunities for optimization
- Supports Epic deployment planning, including testing coordination and post-go-live optimization, while facilitating cross-functional collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, Informatics, Healthcare Administration, or a clinical degree (e.g., pharmacy, PA, or Laboratory)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a healthcare discipline or as a clinical informaticist
- Experience in an electronic healthcare environment and knowledge of healthcare systems and patient care processes
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies and Epic experience
- Preferred certification in Healthcare Informatics or related fields
