A company is looking for a Clinical Informatics Analyst (EHR and Healthcare Systems).

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and clinical requirements for healthcare systems
• Evaluate clinical and operational workflows to identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support optimization, analysis, or enhancement efforts

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in healthcare IT systems or health information management
• Experience with requirements gathering, use case and workflow analysis, and process documentation
• Knowledge in planning, analyzing, and evaluating the effectiveness of operating programs
• Master's degree in Health Informatics, Information Systems, or related field
• Ability to work nights and weekends if needed
