Clinical Informatics Analyst - Oncology

Job Summary

Supporting oncology-focused EHR initiatives, the remote contract Clinical Informatics Analyst - Oncology will conduct workflow documentation, collaborate with clinical and IT teams, and translate clinical needs into functional requirements to enhance patient care.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery and document ambulatory and acute oncology clinical and operational workflows
• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and support oncology EHR initiatives
• Communicate project status, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders while providing light project and program management support

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, informatics, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of experience in clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or healthcare project/program management
• Deep experience with ambulatory and/or acute oncology workflows
• Strong Epic Mosaic experience with the ability to interpret clinical needs for technical build teams
• Experience working in a provider healthcare environment
