Clinical Informatics Associate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Analyst, Clinical Informatics to support telehealth experiences for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for virtual visits and troubleshoot technical issues
• Provide responsive support via phone, email, and text to enhance patient confidence during telehealth interactions
• Assist in the implementation and support of clinical and operational workflows related to hardware and software

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required
• Preferred experience includes 4+ years in a clinical IT background and familiarity with EHR applications
• Experience diagnosing hardware and software issues is essential
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
