Clinical Informatics Education Manager

Job Summary

To enhance clinical informatics education for EHR and other information systems, the full-time remote Clinical Informatics Education Manager will lead teams in designing, developing, and maintaining training and communication deliverables while supporting the adoption and optimization of clinical technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the design, development, and publication of educational materials and change communications for clinical informatics
• Oversee training environment management and project resourcing, ensuring alignment with organizational education goals
• Lead cross-team initiatives and evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and resources

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or a related field
• 6 years of education experience in an information services or training setting, with at least 3 years in a management role
• 4 years of leadership experience in healthcare information services operations
